Snorkeling enthusiasts, the baptism of apnea is the activity made for you in La Ciotat. You will learn the technical basics of snorkeling to properly compensate your ears, relax on and under water, learn to descend underwater in the first meters doing a perfect "duck" and learn to observe wildlife and marine flora.
Our freediving center is located in La Ciotat, in the heart of the Calanques National Park. After a technical brief, we will join by boat one of the many spots around the Ile Verte to discover the Mediterranean biodiversity.

Accessible to everyone from 12 years old, the baptism of apnea is the ideal activity to practice with family or friends! Our team of professional freediving instructors will accompany you gently and in a good mood for an original sea activity! You will board our boat before reaching the place of activity. Our center is equipped with all the equipment suitable for all ages and morphologies: wetsuit, fins, mask, snorkel, belt and weights. this equipment will be provided to you for your activity.
