AIDA International

Created in France in 1992 for freedivers from all over the world, the International Association for Apnea Development AIDA federates today more than 40 countries.

ABYSS Garden is certified "AIDA France Freediving center". Benoit CANELL, freediving school manager, graduated "instructor trainer" is your AIDA Instructor and is therefore qualified to train future AIDA instructors.

Recognition of AIDA levels around the world seems to have been achieved and AIDA certification is even a reference in many countries.

ABYSS Garden offers freediving courses from AIDA 1 * to AIDA 4 * and also instructor training.
