ABYSS Garden organizes in collaboration with Vincent Mathieu, world champion of static freediving, a workshop on November 11, 2017 in La Ciotat.
This day was designed so that the novices as the confirmed ones can progress in freediving thanks to the advice and secrets of a champion of freediving. Vincent Mathieu will introduce you to his very personal approach based on introspection, learning to feel and understanding freediving sensations. The keys given to you will be transposable to your practice, whatever your static freediving level or your personal goals.
This day will be supervised by freediving professionals (Vincent Mathieu and Benoit Canell) and will be composed of a relaxation session, a discovery of autogenic training, 2 static freediving sessions and theoretical sessions (training, mental approach ...). It will take place in La Ciotat in comfortable places for a successful freediving training!
