Especially created for you this year, the coaching sessions allow a complete adaptation to the apneists. Tight schedule ? We plan the sessions with you! 1 to 5 days of coaching can be programmed and the themes will be chosen with you (planning training, goal depth, improve his static freediving, develop his fluency at sea, complete an freediving course, ...).
Our coach already leads several freediving competitors, and it has already allowed several freedivers to break freediving records in France in different disciplines.
With the freediving coaching sessions you will benefit:
- a personal consultation online or at school to build your sequence from 1 to 5 days,
- from 1 to 5 days of coaching according to your choice with a coach ABYSS Garden,
- a video rectification to improve progress,
- a session of relaxation and yoga applied by day of coaching.
