Perhaps you practice snorkeling? Want to go further? Abyss Garden offers you this year a freediving intro to introduce you to the descent on small depths at sea. No need of heavy material, you will put on a combination, fins, mask and snork to discover fun freediving!
By learning the few technical bases, you can easily go down in a few meters. It is on a half day that a professional instructor will accompany you in this fun activity. After a relaxation session, you will embark on our boat in the direction of the Ile Verte, in the heart of the national park of the Calanques. After a briefing, you will go in the water to learn freediving in situ in our beautiful Mediterranean sea. To finish this half day, you will be able to benefit from what you will have learned by a freediving exploration of the local biodiversity!
