New in our freediving school ABYSS Garden!
Program of the freediving training and relaxation sessions for freediving in our freediving club in La Ciotat, next to Marseille.
In partnership with Coralie Imbert, French and European champion of kite surfing and freediver, we propose you a relaxation session for freediving every week before a freediving training.
On the program: stretching for freediving, breathing, meditation, visualization, ... what you feel relaxed before leaving in the blue ...

- Tuesday 9am-12am
- Wednesday 5 pm-8pm
- Friday 9am-12am

Price: 25 € / session or 210 € / 10 sessions.
Our freediving school is located in La Ciotat, in the heart of the Calanques National Park. We welcome you with pleasure to enjoy a convivial and serious atmosphere!
