Our AIDA & FFESSM freediving club welcomes you from May to October to practice freediving in an exceptional setting, under the guidance of state-certified instructors. Whether you are looking to improve your performance, relax, or share the experience with others, we offer freediving training sessions to help you dive deeper.

Meeting time 9:30 AM:
August 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 10, 14, 17, 20, 23, 24, 28, 30, 31
August 2, 9, 16, 23: FULL (contact me to be placed on the waiting list)
Meeting time 2:00 PM:
August 6, 7, 8, 13, 22
Meeting time 5:30 PM:
Every Thursday and Friday in August!
Participation requirements for Abyss Garden training sessions
Open-water training sessions are open to anyone holding:
- a medical certificate stating no contraindications for freediving (issued within the last year)
- an "open-water" freediving certification from any federation (minimum: FFESSM AEL, AIDA 2*, Wave 1, etc.)
- a membership license (required if you choose the session-pack, unlimited, or training-week option)
If you do not have a freediving certification, the coaching option is best suited for you.
