A Safe and Accessible First Experience

No previous experience is required. Our Freediving Try-Dive (freediving intro) is open to beginners and designed to make you feel confident and comfortable from the very first moments.

You will be supervised by certified instructors, in small groups (maximum 5 participants per instructor), ensuring personalized guidance and maximum safety.

What’s Included in Your Freediving Baptism :

  • Warm welcome and theoretical briefing (breathing techniques, safety rules)
  • Full freediving equipment provided (wetsuit, fins, mask, snorkel, weight belt)
  • Boat trip to a sheltered and beautiful freediving spot near Île Verte
  • Guided freediving session to discover the underwater world at your own pace
