Freediving trainings and fun diving this week
Freediving training at sea : what a joy!
In our apnea center, it's every week: apnea training and apnea explorations
Our AIDA and FFESSM freediving club offers you the opportunity to practice freediving all year round, regardless of your depth and your training discipline. Our freediving trips are accessible to anyone who already has a freediving level or who has done a freediving course with us.
Our semi-rigid is equipped with a system of jib cranes for the cables and the safety is supervised by an instructor AIDA International and FFESSM.
The idea of these freediving trips is above all to share the experience and good humor with others!
These trainings in our freediving club are accessible to everyone, whatever your level (for a depth greater than 60m, please contact us beforehand to check the weather conditions).
You will be able to progress in vertical apnea, in small groups (maximum 4 freedivers per cable), with a structure adapted for deep apnea.
Thanks to our flexible training schedules, you can practice freediving with apnea outings in the morning (9h / 12h) or after work (5.30pm / 8.30pm) to decompress the stress of the day!
Apnea exploration outings
The apnea exploration outings will be the opportunity to take advantage of the different freediving spots and to discover the many sites of the Bay of La Ciotat and its surroundings, whatever your level: the sites are adapted to the depth of each one. , from snorkelers to experienced freedivers.
Outings on drop-offs, caves, in the National Park, various sites and suitable equipment.
A perfect time to relax and learn to observe marine flora and fauna!
Possibility of coaching during training
During the apnea training outings, it is possible to take personal coaching, in order to improve a specific point of your training. In this case, please contact us before the outing, to ensure availability for this coaching.
