This static freediving champion does us the honor of proposing a one-day workshop specifically targeted "static freediving ". Novices or freediver confirmed, come to discover his very personal approach based on introspection, the learning of the feeling and the understanding of the sensations.
This day of this freediving training will take place on Sunday 12th November in La Ciotat alternately at the nautical base and swimming pool at the complex Pascal Natation.
