ABYSS Garden develops its freediving school online

ABYSS Garden is a freediving school based in La Ciotat, in the Bouches du Rhône (France). Created in 2011, we are the first professional freediving school offering seawater freediving courses. Our expertise has led us to create new tools for the freedivers community at all levels via an online school. We already offered training booklets at the end of each of them so that each student leaving our freediving school can have a support where all the techniques and elements addressed during the courses can be reviewed later. From the beginning of the 2018 season, these educational booklets will be online to meet our needs today.
Also, ABYSS Garden will offer freediving technical sheets on different themes and video training modules.
